There are several ways to get to the Time & language tab in thenew Windows 10 Settings menu. The easiest way is to simply open up the Settings menu and clickTime & language. However, you can also access this tab by clicking the clock on your taskbar and clickingDate and time settings, or by clicking the language icon on your taskbar and clickingLanguage preferences(though this will take you directly to the Region & language section).
The Time & language tab in the new Windows 10 Settings menu is pretty straightforward. This is where you go to change the time and date, add languages (read: keyboards) to your PC, and adjust the speech settings. Windows 8 users will recognize this section from the Windows 8 PC settings menu (Charms bar Settings Change PC settings Time and language).
